Information handled when you visit
Like most hosted websites, technical service providers may process request information needed to deliver and secure pages, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, and error or security events. CAFlyer does not ask visitors to create an account for guides or tools.
Calculator and budget entries
The five grocery calculators run in your browser. Values entered into those tools are not submitted to a CAFlyer calculator backend and reset when the page reloads. Do not treat the budget planner as financial advice.
Email contact
If you email CAFlyer, the message, email address, attachments, and follow-up correspondence are used to review and respond to the request, maintain necessary records, and protect the site or legal rights. Do not send passwords, payment data, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Phase 3A does not add a Google AdSense script, real publisher ID, Google Analytics, or new advertising/tracking cookies. The site may use strictly necessary browser or hosting functionality. If analytics or advertising is introduced later, CAFlyer will update this policy and provide notices or choices required by applicable law before relying on the new processing.
External sites and service providers
CAFlyer links to government and retailer websites. Their privacy practices apply after you leave CAFlyer. Hosting, security, content delivery, and email providers may process limited information to provide their services.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, maintain security and records, or meet legal obligations. To ask about personal information submitted by email, contact info@caflyer.net. CAFlyer may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and may retain records where required for security, legal, or rights-protection purposes.
